Undergrad who built own bicycle looks to bigger things | The New Paper

It took him $1,200 and 400 hours to build a bicycle. But that’s just the start for Mr Chua Sheng Chuan. He told The New Paper that his biggest dream is to one day build and fly his own aircraft. He is not worried about how much it will cost in terms of money and time. The fourth- year student from the Department of Architecture at the National University of Singapore (NUS) said: “I’m going to move up the ranks. “Now that I’ve built my bicycle, I might start working on building a boat, then a car and it’s just going to get bigger and bigger.”
