As an adult I thought it’s rather embarrassing that I couldn’t cycle. With Fai’s encouragement I decided to take up lessons and it was a great decision. It all came together when we had our first guided public ride. The lessons were progressive and well structured for adults. Highly recommend adults to take up Level 1 and 2 lessons and build up their confidence.
