I have been spinning indoors for the longest time, but am unconfident and unsteady on a real bicycle. fai got me cycling by the second lesson, and is now teaching me bike-handling skills like negotiating turns and gearing. fai understands that everyone learns differently – when i didn’t understand a particular concept, he thought of alternative ways to explain the same thing to me. i only wish i’d come to him sooner! i would highly recommend him to anyone.
