Having never learnt to cycle, i decided to bite the bullet and get cycling classes this year. So glad that i did it and now i’ve bought my own bicycle and cycling on weekends. Proves it’s never too old to learn. Fai’s method are very systematic, and he was also very responsive to any queries
24 years and counting, and i can finally say that i’m able to ride a bicycle. Within 2 lessons i was able to balance and ride the bicycle. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it took me to learn. This was all down to Fai’s methods of training. Programmes were well planned and structured

The morning will feature some of Singapore’s best coaches taking each group through the Jungle Cross course and demonstrating how to safely and most efficiently navigate both the climbs and descents of the course.
